We have all sinned and fallen short of God's glory.
For that reason we all deserve eternal punishment - everlasting torment and separation from our Creator. But Jesus took our
punishment for us on the cross. As our substitute Jesus Christ is our Savior as He suffered the Father's wrath for us.
Jesus is Lord of all and we need to accept that fact if we are to be reunited
with God, the Father. It is only through faith in the Son of God that we can come to God and be reconciled with Him forever.
As we submit to the Lordship of Christ and welcome Him into our hearts we
experience God's forgiveness for our sins. Such submission involves confessing our sins and repenting of them. We need
to turn from our wicked ways with God's help.
When we do this Jesus lifts us into new life and we begin to live as He intends.
We obey God's commands by His grace and power in this new Christian life. It is called "conversion" as we convert from the
old ways of the sin nature to the new ways of Jesus.
Does this new life interest you? It is possible for you to be reconciled
with God through His Son Jesus. You must believe that Jesus is, indeed, God's Son and that He raised Him from the dead. The
Bible promises us that "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." (Romans 10:13)
If you would call out to the Lord for the salvation of your soul, if
you would spend eternity in heaven with Him, then call upon His name in faith and belief. Trust in the Lord and come
to Him. Let Him come into your heart to dwell. Pray that Jesus will come and be in you and with you. Do this in the context
of repentance of sin and Jesus will come and save you.
Yes, you will be saved as you submit to the Lord Jesus Christ! He is the
only way to reconciliation with the Father. As Jesus Himself stated, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes
to the Father except through me." (John 14:6)
To find salvation you must believe that Jesus is God and that He rose from
the dead. When you realize that Jesus is Lord of all and you give yourself to Him you will find the salvation your soul is
seeking.
When Jesus comes to you He will make His presence known to you. Jesus said,
"If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him."
(John 14:23)
Those who truly come to Jesus and really love Him will obey His commands.
This is the evidence that we have actually come to Christ. Living for Jesus becomes possible because He is living in us. The
Holy Spirit dwells in our hearts and empowers us to live in a Christ-like way. The Bible also says that, "The Spirit himself
testifies with our spirit that we are God's children." (Romans 8:16)
So when you accept Christ as your Lord and Savior and welcome into your life
He and the Father will come to be with you, all through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. You will be reunited with God and
will be heaven bound.
If you are ready to come to Christ, if you want to be reconciled with God,
then accept the gospel message of Jesus and His death on the cross. Ask God to forgive you for your sins and ask Him to cleanse
your heart with the blood of Jesus.
If you want to accept Jesus be sure to write to me and let me know
of your interest. I will gladly help you find your way to the Lord. If you have very recently been converted to Christ
be sure to write to me and let me know about your conversion. I will send you helpful liturature to ground
you in your newly found faith and I will pray for you. It is my belief that follow-up with new converts is very
important. It is also important for you to get involved in a Bible-believing local church right away. Don't put it off!
When you accept Jesus you become a part of His Body - The Church. You need
to have fellowship with the rest of the Body and connect with the other members. This will also serve to ground you in your
faith, especially as you join in the corporate worship and study of God's Word.
God bless you as you contemplate living for Him. Choosing to serve Jesus
is the best choice a person can make! God's grace will enable you to make that choice, as you cannot do it on your own. Jesus
explained that, "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him." (John 6:44)
The reason you came to this site and to this salvation page is because God
the Father is laboring to draw you to His Son! That is why you are looking at this page. God is drawing you. He is working
on you and extending His sovereign grace to you in great love. God loves you and wants to be in fellowship with you. I encourage
you to accept His generous offer of forgiveness while you can.
May the Lord bless and keep your soul as you surrender yourself to Him.
